   Hotel is a modern, comfortable 3 Star hotel located only 150 metres from the sea and l00 metres from the main road to Marmaris with a dolmus stop for local travel to the center of Marmaris or Içmeler. It was constructed in l993 and renovated in 2002.  

The Fidan Hotel has 37 rooms of which 17 are double rooms with 9 triple and 11 single rooms.

All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with WC, showers, (27 rooms with bath) and hairdryers.
 In addition all rooms have parquet floors with furnished balconies, direct dial telephones, satellite TV, Radio True TV, air conditioning/ heating, 220 volt power and mini-bar.

The Fidan Hotel has four floor and an elevator. 
The reception, which is open 24 hours, has safety boxes.  There is a large screen TV in the lobby. 
 
There is an "a la carte" restaurant. There is a pool bar serving snacks.  Room service is free of charge.

The comfortable garden pool area is furnished with sun beds and umbrellas and has a large pool (50 square metres)  with a smaller separate pool for children.
