With M/S True Love you can go out for a day, two days or longer, depending on the time available and your personal interests, without the need to commit yourself to a week or two of yacht living.  It is your choice and your holiday.  You can sit back and relax leaving the sailing to us or you may enjoy the hands-on approach and want to learn from the experience.

Our skipper is a qualified sailor with many years’ experience which means you can take advantage of his knowledge as he and the English-speaking crew will do their best to help you achieve your individual aims whether it be a pleasant day in and around Marmaris bay or for a longer period further afield.  This will be your charter so it can be as you want it, you can choose the excitement of an exhilarating sail or if you just want to relax we can slow things down.  Children are welcome - there are plenty of things for them both on and off the boat, ranging from learning the ropes to snorkelling and fishing.

M/S True Love is a traditional wooden Turkish yacht built by local craftsmen to a sailing design.  17 metres in length powered by both sails and motor she provides 3 en suite double cabins, saloon/galley and a large covered deck dining area.  She is complete with snorkelling/fishing equipment, sun beds, music system and motor launch for shore transfer.

The weather in the area of Marmaris is typically Mediterranean with a light breeze in the morning.  In the afternoon it is not uncommon for the breeze to pick up to force 5 which makes for exhilarating sailing.  With the flexible nature of the charter, if conditions become uncomfortable for any of your party there are many bays or coves in which to shelter/sunbathe until conditions become more suitable. 

A typical two day (one night) charter for a maximum of 6 persons would leave harbour at Marmaris at 0900 hours and sail to the bay of Ekincik on the mainland south of Marmaris where M/S True Love will anchor.  This will give you the opportunity to take a river boat up the Dalyan river where the guide will show you the Tomb of the Kings, the ruins of Caunos and the mud baths, with a stop on the return trip for a swim at Turtle Beach. The evening and night will be spent at anchor with the evening meal on board or in a local restaurant.  We then depart the following morning for a long day sail back to Marmaris with stops for lunch and swimming or whatever you wish to do until arriving back at the Marmaris harbour as the sun sets over the mountains to the west.
